It takes a "Team" of skilled professionals to close a transaction in a timely manner with a minimum of surprises. Listed below are some of those that work with me. While they may be less visible they are vital support and are part of the "Team" that enables me to deliver the high quality service that you can trust and recommend to your friends and family. Jackie Wright Jackie is the bookkeeper. Her dedication and skill at tracking, analyzing, paying and recording expenses has kept us in business for many years. As we continue to change and adjust the advertising and other services her vigilance is imperative. Laura Barnett Laura is our Transaction Coordinator (TC). All contracts, disclosures, forms and other paper work is sent to her. She organizes the "File" and insures that all signatures and initials along with all the papers are gathered together and neatly organized. Much of it has to be scanned and stored on line. Laura schedules the inspections. This would include for example the termite, roof or home inspections etc. She also requests or sends as needed papers from escrow and the other brokers office. Transaction Coordinator Coldwell Banker Receptionists The receptionists take the phone calls from buyers and route them to a sales associate so that they can receive quick service. They also take calls from other agents and schedule appointments for showing our listings. There are calls from other service professionals that need access to the property or have other questions that they take care of. 1820 Westwind Drive Susan Buck The escrow officers work is crammed with details, demanding and time sensitive. There is a great need for good communication so that any challenges can be identified and addressed early on. Susan has proven over and over again that she can do the job in an excellent fashion and keep us on track. We are happy to have her as part of our team. Ticor Title Lender Yes, the lender is definitely part of the "Team". There are many questions that need good answers when it comes to selecting a lender.
