OUR UNIQUE Saturday tour of homes is a great way to get an overview of what homes and features are available in your price range.
Here’s how it works. On Saturday we conduct a tour of up to 6 homes. The tours run between 10 am and about 1pm. You may meet us at any home you like for the one(s) you would like to preview. Feel free to drive by the homes before the preview, but once the tour starts, don’t be late for the ones you want to preview. There will be other buyers on the tour, and show times are exact.
Our well-organized tours are much more efficient than a traditional open house and much more convenient. We found that in a short period of time buyers can decide if a home is for them or not. If you see a home on the show that you’re interested in, a private second showing can easily be scheduled (often that same day!).
